Tips of the week

Perspective is subjective, #positive or negative. Whatever you see is the truth for you. Be an #optimist whenever possible. If for no other reason it increases the odds of better #relationships because its positivity makes you more attractive when you are with others.

Boredom is like a slow death. #Passion brings excitement and #enthusiasm to life. And, these make life a 1,000 percent better!

Discover what you are good at. In life, what you are good at is your own unique sport. It is your own original blend of #talents and abilities. Once you find and practice your sport, using your gifts, the game of life will become much more fun and fulfilling.

Let others not care, but not you. Let others not serve others but not you. Let others think small but not you. Live a life of possibilities and service to others to where the world and people’s lives are better for you having passed through it.

You are not judged by the number of times you fail. You are judged by the number of times you succeed. And, the number of times you succeed is in direct proportion to the number of times you can fail and keep trying.

Focus only on what you can control. and change. You! You can, if the time is right, have some influence over others. You can have an impact on a situation. Yet, spending too much time on these areas, where your control and ability to change things is limited, zaps your energy and attitude. Invest in changing your thought patterns and response to people, circumstances and yourself. That, in turn, will change you.

Pick three things every day to be grateful for. Choose something about yourself, your world and the people you know. It will bring, over time, positive energy to you and your life. Be a magnet for good. Be grateful!

You exist. Therefore, you are. Be grateful for the small things such as the air you breathe, the water you drink and the food you eat. Truthfully, they are not small. Without them you could not exist and you would never be content, let alone experience and be thankful for the opportunity that is your life.



Be not afraid of going slowly, be only afraid of standing still.



The trick to action on your goals is getting started.



Thinking is easy, acting is difficult, and to put one’s thoughts into action is the most difficult thing in the world.



An affirmation is a statement of truth you make firm in a person’s heart when you utter it.



Life is an opportunity, benefit from it.



Success comes in a lot of ways, but it doesn’t come with money and it doesn’t come with fame.
